At Sprinkles Candy Bar, we take pride in offering fresh, high-quality sweets and treats. Because our products are perishable, all sales are final.

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item(s)

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at SprinklesCandyBar@gmail.com.

  • Provide your order number and a photo of the product and packaging.

  • Once approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please Note

  • We cannot accept returns of candy, popcorn, or other edible products.

  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or personal taste preferences.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
